A sheet of office paper taped to a perforated server rack door, photocopied so many generations that the toner is blotchy and a dark copier edge band runs down the left side. Fax header: OCT 28 18:47, P.01/01, GEN 31, ORIG: UNKNOWN. Headline: NOTICE TO ALL AGENTS. Body: Effective immediately, any document that cannot be read in full shall be treated as authoritative. The middle paragraph has dissolved into copier noise except for 'prior versions', 'superseded', and 'Do not request the original.' Then: Questions: see attached. Signed Facilities / Ops, with an illegible revision line. The only crisp thing on the page is a fresh red rubber stamp: VERIFIED, source: see above.
